birds in the sky, you know how i feel..

this sheer bird print blouse was one of those things that you see in a shop and know it is completely impractical, and yet when you get home, having been sensible and left it behind, it's still haunting your thoughts..do you have things like that? you know it's not your style, it wouldn't be easy to style with anything you own, and it's not a shape which will flatter yours at all, and yet something about it makes you still want to go back to h&m and snap it up..no, just me then? well since then i think i had only worn it once, so i felt it was high time i racked my brains to think of something else for it to go with..

this £2 bargain tesco tulip skirt was the perfect thing, as the print of the top has a bit of the plum colour in it, and the khaki top underneath to pick out another colour (in theory)..i flicked throughout the day between liking the combination, and feeling frumpy with all of the different lengths of layers..but i hope that the end result was more office-lady than bag-lady..

(apologies for the gross arm dressing, i forgot to take the pics before work, so did so when i got home from donating blood - one of my least favourite things!!)

  11. its a very chic office look. I usually don't end buying bits I'm undecided about, or don't wear it if I did buy it... I am really loving mini animal/bird prints at the mo.
