|Havana Stripe Halter Boyleg Swimsuit, £65.50|
Well, if I'm completely honest, I was a little concerned about the halter strap at the neck, because my last swimsuit was a halterneck and I'd always be having to pull the front back up. I've worn this one a few times now and can safely say that I've had no similar problems. No problems at all, in fact.
I've never before had a swimsuit with shorts style legs, but I really like these, they don't feel weird or ride up and I sort of hate my legs a little less when I'm wearing it. I also don't hate my stomach quite so much as it's got some rather strategically-placed ruching across the middle which makes it almost flattering. Not enough to post a picture of it being worn, but still. I will never be confident enough for that, and I really admire Sarah for this post. That doesn't mean I don't like it, though. I really, really do.
I think this suit from Simply Beach will do me well for quite some time, which is an important consideration when you swim daily, as I do. I used to balk at the thought of paying more than £20 for swimwear, but when it has to come into contact with chlorine every other day and put up with regular washing, I've found I need something a little better quality than the Primark holiday section has on offer. Cut out backs, sides and stomach areas (those crazy things which look like a stripper-suit, otherwise known as a bikini-held-together-at-the-sides-with-a-bit-of-string-at-the-neck-to-hold-it-on, are just not functional).
Are there any other amazing swimsuits out there, which I need to add to my collection?
