Does anyone else do that thing where they've totally forgotten about something they'd bought. And then you remember it's existence and once you have, you can't think of anything else you'd rather wear?

I'm not sure what it was that suddenly reminded me of this teacup print playsuit. I bought it last year from Harrogate when I was holidaying in the cottage with Alex and some of her pals, then stored it away in the shorts cupboard and hadn't thought of it since.

I like it a lot with this blazer, and have been making more a jewellery effort recently. I dug out this chain necklace, purchased years ago in the New Look sale but not often worn as it's quite large and can overpower a lot of the more dainty outfits.

As for the bracelet, isn't it pretty? I'd been hearing a lot about shamballa bracelets so was quite excited to receive this one from Cutey recently. After a little panic to begin with when I couldn't figure out how to make it bigger and thinking my hand was too big, I managed and I really like it - just the right amount of sparkle.

I'd never thought of wearing heels with a playsuit before, but on my recent shopping trip with my friend, she planted the idea in my head. I'm not sure if I'm convinced, but it was a change for me at least. I'm usually more of a flat shoes fan when it comes to shorts and playsuits.

  1. The high heels look very glamorous with the playsuit, they make a lovely contrast and you look fab! :) Love the teacup print!

  2. Beautiful playsuit, this is such a pretty outfit! I actually prefer heels with shorts/playsuits because I really don't like my thighs haha so heels help improve the appearance of my legs somewhat... xxx

  3. How amazing is the print on that playsuit? I really love it. I totally do that too, forget about something then remember and it's all I can think about.

  4. Love the blazer- I almost bought one from Primark myself, but they didn't have my size and the ones either side weren't quite right.

Looking like hotness, as ever love.
