I feel as though I've blinked and missed this weekend. I had a list of things I needed to get done and I didn't really make much progress with it so now I'm really stressing.

Yesterday, I sat down on the bed for five minutes after lunch and all of a sudden was waking up a couple of hours later. I really did not have time for that. Impromptu napping does not, however, seem to have shifted this feeling of exhaustion which has landed around me lately like a fog.

Not feeling particularly full of inspiration this morning, I dug out some old favourites, including this necklace which I haven't worn in far too long.

How do you manage to drag yourself out of the exhaustion fog?

  2. Lovely outfit Char, I have such a soft spot for blue flowers on white.

When I'm feeling groggy I go for a walk, go to the beach, relax. Feeling groggy is your bodies way of saying slow down a while'. I know it's easier said than done, but you gotta chill x

  5. Pretty outfit! You look so lady-like. It sounds like you need a proper break from it all, before you run yourself in to the ground. When I'm feeling exhausted, I try to nap, rest, curl up with a good book, maybe find time for a bubble bath, and drink lots of caffeine. I used to be exhausted almost every day, mostly from working far too hard and taking on too much, and the only way that kind of exhaustion goes away is to make some changes. Sending hugs and hope you feel a bit better soon. xx
