Although I'm currently feeling very unwell with a cold which just won't shift, I've signed up to Corrine's #fitmas to give myself a new challenge. I've recently managed to meet the goal I'd set myself in terms of the gym and have almost swum all of the lengths I need to for my Aspire Channel Swim challenge (less than 500 to go!), so it's time for something new. I'm a great believer in changing your routine every now and again to keep motivated.
The only rule is that our target cannot be weight-loss related, I am trying hard to think of something else. I'm thinking maybe I'm going to try for a 10 minute mile. I realise that might sound slow to the people who actually run. but I really don't, so I'm kind of starting from scratch there.
