Like synchronised swimmers in an ocean of sounds..

Swimmer Collage

Sometimes it's really lovely to know that a shop you've supported (mostly from afar, as I don't live very close) wants to share the love. Although I've visited Kiki's Boutique just the once when I was visiting Rosie, I often find myself browsing their website and a lot of my Emily and Fin dresses have been from there.

So, after waxing lyrical about it in a recent wishlist post, I was absolutely thrilled when this fabulous Jenny dress arrived through my letterbox. Since I was off to the seaside that very weekend, I packed it ready for some cute seaside photos of the synchronised swimmer print and it's nautical colour scheme.....only to find that it rained all Bank Holiday weekend so I didn't get a chance to even wear it.

That said, I've certainly made up for this since I got back and wanted to share three ways I've styled it up in the past couple of weeks. Seriously, it's become a firm favourite already!

Jumper: M+S // Bag: Irregular Choice // Shoes: Iron Fist
So, Outfit One is my most casual look, I guess. Inspired by the endless rainy, hailstoney weather. I decided I couldn't let that stop me and layered a red jumper, picked up from a charity shop when I dropped off some books, over the dress. The tights, although they don't photograph so well, have tiny red polka dots on them, which I figured went nicely with the red theme and these Iron Fist shoes are perfect for puddles with their super low, chunky block heels and leather bow detail to the fronts.

Cardigan: Bryony + Co // Hat: Per Una // Bag, Shoes: Irregular Choice

Outfit Two: I seem to be in a bit of a polka dot tight rut at the moment, but these ones are lilac dots, which I seem to wear with just about anything (polka dots are a neutral, no?). Inspired by She and Hem's recent post, I couldn't resist pairing this dress with my new Bryony flamingo cardigan. And my shark shoes to add to the nautical vibe. I love this hat and wore this ensemble to venture out for coffee in last weekend's thunderstormy weather.

Clutch: Kate Spade // Shoes: Topshop // Jacket: River Island
Finally, my third and favourite outfit, to head out for dinner. I've always been a bit of a sucker for sequins and these shoes have been such a firm favourite that I ended up buying them twice. More obvious polka dot tights this time and my Kate Spade train clutch, which I fail to accept doesn't go with just about *any* outfit.

How would you style up this dress? And any of the other Emily and Fin range from Kiki's? They've been lovely enough to share the love even further by offering a 15% discount to all blog readers, when you use the code in the sidebar, so be sure to take a look.
