Ooh, it feels like a long while since I last posted any outfit photos. Everything has been a bit crazy lately and I just don't know where the time goes.
I've been welcoming new additions to my wardrobe lately (mostly with new dresses from Lindy Bop and Joanie Clothing) but I've been falling behind with sharing them. I liked how this outfit all kind of worked together.
It's no secret that I'm a sucker for a border print, and this Princess print one from Lindy Bop has been on my wishlist for months, ever since they released some teaser photos of some of their new prints. A couple of weeks ago, as I did my daily check of the New In section on their site, I realised that it (plus another print I'd been holding out for) had arrived and I wasted no time at all in placing an order.
I like that as well as the cutesy princess, horse and carriage print, with castles in the background, the Lily dress comes with a silver belt and has some super teardrop shaped cute cut-out details to the neckline. It's rather perfect if you ask me.
Continuing the Cinderella theme, I opted for this silver glitter pair of Red or Dead shoes, which were an eBay bargain recently. They arrived in brand new condition and I wasted no time in wearing them for the first time.
Another new addition - I was stuck in London for an afternoon a couple of weeks back, and stopped into the Irregular Choice store in Carnaby Street before heading to the V+A. I couldn't resist picking up this unicorn bag, which I've had a stock notification set up on for months now - I never manage to get onto the site quickly enough to snap it up when the email pings through, so I was pleased that they had this one in stock in the window display, and couldn't go home without it. I'll do a full post on it soon, no doubt, but it's super lovely.
With the cold weather we've been having, I brought this fur coat out of hibernation. It was something I bought from a vintage shop in Ludlow a good number of years ago now (sadly the shop no longer exists) and although it was quite pricey at the time, I've definitely had more than my money's worth from it. I need to repair the lining where it's coming out of the neckline and also replace one of the fur hooks at the front, but it'll be a winter staple for years to come, I'm sure.
