Dress: Handmade (Bette dress from Sew Magazine) |
 |
Star sandals: Topshop |
 |
Cardigan: River Island |
This fabric came from
my trip to Goldhawk Road last summer. Frankly, I have no idea how it's sat around for so long before becoming a dress. I made it up a couple of weeks ago and really like the colours, Browns, blues, yellows and turquoise give me plenty of opportunity to match things, like this cardigan, with the print.
I gave the dress it's debut outing for a party I stopped by at last weekend. I hadn't planned to stay long, but ended up chatting half of the night, arriving home about 4am. Gah. Those are always the funniest evenings, though.
The dress is perfect - love it!

DeleteThey are definitely the best kind of nights! I think it's because you have zero expectation beforehand... Kind of the opposite to New Year's Eve (which is almost always a massive let down!) x
ReplyDeleteYes, I think that's true. I like spur of the moment decisions.
DeleteLoving this outfit! Everything goes so well together, and that dress is just amazing! xx
